What your spending habit audit tells you

The tool counts how many of the eight habits you selected as “Sometimes” or “Often.” It then highlights the most frequently reported habit and gives you a small, practical step to try. This count is not a financial-health score, diagnosis, or comparison with other people.

A single frequent habit may deserve attention even if the other seven are rare. Your circumstances matter more than the count, especially when an essential expense or temporary hardship explains your spending.

Try this: Choose one change, practice it for seven days, and review whether it helped. You do not need to overhaul every spending habit at once.
